The following FOXP3 antibodies were tested in parallel in human tonsil tissue: AB10901, AB450, AB4728, AB22273, AB22511, AB22831 at dilution of 1/50. AB450, AB4728, AB22273 and AB10901 gave positive nuclear signal (AB10901 being the strongest and could be used at lower dilution (1/100-1/1000). AB4728 and AB22511 gave weaker signals though all were nuclear specific.
