Submitted image shows obvious, seemingly appropriate, nuclear staining.
However, the signal:noise is relatively poor.
Increasing the concentration does intensify the nuclear positivity but, there is an increase in non-specific staining ( cytoplasmic and non-specific nuclear)
I see no reason to use this Ab for the application submitted for this abreview: the excellent ab20034 is recommended.
Caveat: it may be that this Ab is preferable for other applications ( such as WB, frozen section)
