Also tried dilutions ranging from 1:5 to 1:500, a different secondary (Cy3-donkey-anti-mouse), sections and whole mount samples, various stages, different serum (FBS), three antigen retrieval protocols, and mouse tissue using a MOM kit. Thought I saw nuclear staining in a turtle sample once, but the block was contaminated and the tissue was compromised.
