Additional data
Additional Notes
Canine (Dog) FADD has high sequence homolog to human/mouse FADD proteins. Anti-FADD antibody [EPR5030] (ab124812) was used to detect canine FADD from MDCK cell lysates. One band around 36 kDa was detected which could be phosphorylated FADD protein. Further analysis is required to detect non-phosphorylated FADD protein.
Abcam response
Thank you for submitting your results for testing this antibody on Dog samples. The immunogen of this antibody has a 67% homology with Dog protein sequence. The cut off for cross reactivity is >85%. Therefore, we don't expect this monoclonal antibody to cross react with Dog samples.
