Je vous écrit parce que j'ai finalement reçu les informations par rapportà la souche du lysat ab5395. Le laboratoire m'a confirmé que c'est la souche BL21. Je suis très désolée pour le retard de cette réponse. J'espère que cette information vous est quand-même utile.

We have a claim about #ab5395(E.coli positive control Lysate containing 11 different epitope tags). We received this products this morning. But then the vial we saw was black. This black block seemed the fungus. Is this product color black? We send pictures of this product to you.

E. coli were lysed with SDS-PAGE sample buffer containing loading dye (ready for Western blot analysis) which gives the dark colour. Please take a look at the datasheet especially the Purification notes.
