Interesting to see that the basal cells of the crypts of Lieberkûhn are negative I assume this is because these cells are a mix of stem, transient amplifying, Paneth cells and immature enterocytes.
A similar pattern of positivity is seen in my submitted image of human colon but, not in the goat image.
