Additional Notes
We've tried various dilutions from 1/50-1/200 on ovarian TMAs (tested more than 100 cores from different patients). We also tested both low and high pH HIER buffer. The pathologists are not happy with the stain. Here is the result summary:
1. there are some cases showing clear nuclear stain, which is good.
2. However, there are about 1/3 of the cases showing cytoplasmic stain. The cytoplasmic stain impaired the interpretation.
3. We tried to clean up the cytoplasmic stain, but failed.
4. My pictures are large and cannot be uploaded.
