Submitted image demonstrates my comment regarding distribution of positivity between Abs against the same protein: see my abreview on ab45138.
Using this Ab, I obtain a diffuse, strong cytoplasmic positivity in Islet cell cytoplasm.
NB: at 1/2000 dilution factor, I obtain the same pattern of immunostaining but, weaker. There is no apparent sub-localisation of positivity within the cytoplasm ( unlike sequential sections imunostained using ab15160 and ab45138)
This Ab appears to be what is term "a very clean Ab" ( high signal:noise).
