Anti-Choline Acetyltransferase antibody (ab70219)

Je vous remercie pour votre mail d’hier. Comme convenu, j’ai testé l’anticorps anti ChAT (ab70219) avec un démasquage antigénique au micro onde en tampon pH 9.

Parmi les 3 anticorps que vous me proposez, j’ai éliminé le 2ème (ab34419) n’ayant pas d’anticorps secondaire anti-chicken en stock.

J’hésite donc entre les 2 autres (Rabbit et Goat).

Auriez-vous des arguments pour me conseiller plus l’un que l’autre ? Sinon, serait-il possible d’avoir un petit échantillon des deux ?

Dans le cas contraire, je vous remercie de m’envoyer comme vous me l’aviez proposé le 1er anticrps de la liste soit l’anticorps de lapin anti-ChAT ab68779.

Je suis désolé que les suggestions n'aient pas permis d'améliorer les résultats. Je pense que vous avez malheureusement reçu un anticorps défectueux. Merci de nous l'avoir signalé, nous allons prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour assurer une bonne qualité de ce produit.

Comme nous avons plus de 70.000 références à notre catalogue il nous est impossible de stocker différents volumes pour chacun de nos produits, nous n'avons donc malheureusement pas d'échantillons.

Comme convenu, j'ai mis en place l'envoi d'une unité gratuite de ab68779 en remplacement de l'anticorps ab70219. Un second email vous sera envoyé ainsi qu'à ***** pour confirmer cet envoi.

J'ai choisi de vous envoyer le ab68779 car il est en stock et caractérisé dans plus d'applications et espèces que le ab101755.
