Additional Notes
CPEB1 antibody staining in mouse brain (Wild Type) sections. After perfusion in 4% PFA and PBS 1X, animal underwent 24h fixation in 4% PFA following cryoprotection in 30% sucrose. Brain was cut in 40µm thick sections using cryostat. Sections were blocked for 2h by using 10% NGS, 0.4% Triton X in PBS (pH 7.4). Primary Ab was diluted 1:500 (5% NGS, 0.2% Triton X) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Sections were incubated afterwards with secondary Ab Alexa Fluor 594 goat anti rabbit (1:500) for 1 1/2h. Hoechst was used for nucleus staining (1:100 in A. dest.) for 10 min.
