Vielen Dank für die zwei Sequenzen von Lachs (Salmo salar).
Ich habe beide mit den Immunogenen aller unserer CD31 Antikörper aus dem Kaninchen verglichen.
Leider hat keine Immunogensequenz auch nur annähernd eine Homologie grösser als ein paar Prozent gezeigt.
Es tut mir sehr leid, dass ich Ihnen nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Ich möchte vorschlagen, vielleicht nochmals zu versuchen die Autoren der von Ihnen erwähnten Publikation zu kontaktieren.
