Results: no positive cells were detected. We expected to find B cells in inflammatory accumulations around airways.
Tissue fixative: 4% PBS-buffered PFA
Blocking endogenous peroxidase with methanol+0.5%H2O2 for 15 min after antigen retrieval.
Detection with NovaRED. Counterstain: Mayer's htx.
