I would be happy if someone would guide me to choose good antibody from your products for anti-Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 1 and 2 for Immunofluorescence and Western applications in Rat tissue.

Since we tried lot of antibody with other sources, it wouldn’t give good result.

Hi, I am going to place the order for this “Anti-Androgen Receptor antibody [AN1-15] (ab2742)”. I need to know what concentration and which buffer would be ideal for this product. Rat Mesentric artery, RIPA protein, 20ug protein, PVDF membrane. Blocked with 5% skimmed milk.

Thanks for your enquiry. For western blotting, its recommended to use 1ug/ml as the starting concentration for ab2742. This may need to be optimized. For the antibody diluent, you can use TBS/0.5% Tween 20 (TBST). I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

  Hi, Thank you very much, its working very well and I got it. Could you please give suggestions about another antibody, ab11734. We are struggling for this antibody working in rat mesenteric artery protein, homogenized with RIPA buffer.

  Hi, I have received ab92445 primary antibody from ABCAM (Not only this product, we use to use lot of antibody from ABCAM). The data sheet does not have the details about primary antibody dilution buffer? I would like to know which buffer I should use either 5% non fat dry milk or 3% BSA or none. Your response will be highly appreciate.
