Additional Notes
A431 cells were labeled with PBS (dashed gray line) or His6x-tagged anti-EGFR fibronectin domain (solid black line). Cells were washed and then labeled with 100 uL of a 1/200 dilution of FITC-conjugated anti-His6x (ab1206). Cells were washed and analyzed by flow cytometry. The difference between negative and positive is modest, though sufficient. In fact, it is a good signal considering it is a fluorescein-labeled antibody and that it is targeting His6x (which have yielded very dim results with other antibodies).
