  • 背景46C is a cell line, constructed in the laboratory of Austin Smith, in which a drug resistance gene is placed under the control of a Sox1 promoter. The cells used in this lysate were Sox1-positive neural progenitor cells selected using puromycin following growth of Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells in N2B27 neural differentiation media. The Sox1 selection technology is patented.
